It's a lot of effort to put on

the Tall Trees Art Exhibition each year!

The Tall Trees Art Inc committee have decided the BIG event will now be held every two years so next one is 2027

There will be a number of smaller events/workshops/exhibits in 2026

​The Committee will also finalise the new website and branding,and update the Strategic Plan and Operations Manual to be ready for 2027

TALL TREES ART EXHIBITION

The annual Tall Trees Art Exhibition is a much anticipated community event that sees art, music and much more take over the main street of Cooran.

​​

From the opening of the event on Saturday morning to the close on Sunday afternoon the Noosa Hinterland village of Cooran was buzzing with the fabulous welcoming vibe of this annual community event.

​​

A total of 10 venues along the main street showcased a variety of artworks from artists in the Noosa, Sunshine Coast and Gympie regions.

The transformation of the historic Cooran Hall into a well curated gallery is always a sight to behold.

​

There was something for everyone besides the great artwork, from a mini art market, great takeaway food, and kids activities and workshops in Pioneer Park, kids heritage trail with prizes, Small Trees art exhibition of work by 8 to 12 year olds. guided heritage town walk, poetry slam in the Cooran Brewery and more...

​

To bring the event together and add to the festival feel there was live music up and down the street, in the hall, in the park, in front of businesses and at the Saturday night Official Opening. 

​​

At the closing in the Hall on Sunday, a number of prizes were announced to some lucky artists including the People’s Choice award, Artist Residency Prize, Youth and Highly commended prizes.
